प्रिय प्रतिभागियों,

Meadow Agriculture के अंतर्गत आयोजित किसी भी Training Program, Conference, Symposium, Seminar या Workshop में पंजीकरण करने वाले सभी प्रतिभागियों से अनुरोध है कि वे Registration Form को बहुत सावधानीपूर्वक भरें।

“Pay Now” और “Submit” बटन पर क्लिक करने से पहले कृपया निम्न बातों का ध्यान रखें:

• अपना नाम सही तरीके से लिखें तथा Capital और Small Letters का सही प्रयोग करें।
• उदाहरण: Gajendra Pal (ना कि GAJENDRA PAL या gajendra pal)
• University / Organization का नाम सही और उचित प्रारूप में लिखें।
• Designation (जैसे: Assistant Professor, Research Scholar, Student आदि) स्पष्ट और सही वर्तनी के साथ लिखें।
• Form जमा करने से पहले सभी विवरणों की अच्छी तरह जाँच कर लें।

⚠️ महत्वपूर्ण:

हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म पर Certificates Registration Form में भरी गई जानकारी के आधार पर स्वतः (Automatically) Generate होते हैं। इसलिए यदि नाम, विश्वविद्यालय, पदनाम या किसी भी जानकारी में स्पेलिंग या Capital/Small letter की गलती होगी, तो वही गलती प्रमाणपत्र (Certificate) में भी दिखाई देगी।

📥 Certificate Download करने की जानकारी:

सभी प्रतिभागी अपने Program के Certificates हमारी Website से Download कर सकते हैं।

🎓 Session Join करने की प्रक्रिया:

Session में शामिल होने के लिए कृपया हमारी Website पर अपना Account Login करें और वहीं से अपना Session Attend करें।

📧 User ID और Password संबंधी जानकारी:

• आपकी User ID आपके Email पर भेजी जाती है।
• यदि आपको Password प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है, तो जिस Email ID से आपने Registration किया है वही आपका Username है।
• उसी Email ID का उपयोग करके Password Reset करें और उसके बाद Login करके अपना Session Attend करें।

कृपया Payment करने और Form Submit करने से पहले सभी विवरणों को ध्यानपूर्वक जाँच लें।

All participants registering for any training program, conference, symposium, seminar, or workshop organized by Meadow Agriculture are requested to fill out the registration form very carefully.

Before clicking the “Pay Now” and “Submit” buttons, please keep the following in mind:

• Spell your name correctly and use capital and small letters correctly.
• Example: Gajendra Pal (not GAJENDRA PAL or gajendra pal)
• Write the name of the university/organization correctly.
• Write the designation clearly.
• Check all details carefully before submitting the form.

⚠️ Important:

Certificates on our platform are automatically generated based on the information entered in the registration form. Therefore, if there is a spelling error or capital/small letter mistake, the same error will be reflected in the certificate.

📥 Certificate Download Information:

All participants can download their program certificates from our website.

🎓 Session Joining Process:

To join the session, please log in to your account on our website and attend the session from there.

📧 User ID and Password Information:

• Your User ID is sent to your email.
• If you have not received your password, the email ID you used to register is your username.
• Reset your password using the same email ID and then log in.

Please check all details carefully before making payment and submitting the form.
