Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and returns for products and services offered through Meadow Agriculture, a platform owned and operated by Meadow Edutech Private Limited.

We are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all our programmes and services. Before registering for any training programme, workshop, conference, internship, certificate course, publication, consultancy service, or purchasing any product, Users are advised to read this Policy carefully.

No GST on Educational Programmes: Meadow Edutech Private Limited does not charge GST from students or farmers for its educational and agriculture-related training programmes. The amount displayed during registration is the final fee payable — no separate GST will be added to or deducted from such fees.

Our refund policy is designed to ensure that programme planning, trainer scheduling, administrative arrangements, certificate preparation, and other operational activities are carried out efficiently. Since many programmes require advance planning and resource allocation, refund requests are considered only under the conditions described in this Policy.

By registering for any programme or purchasing any product through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

Training Programmes, Services & Refund Eligibility

Refund requests relating to training programmes, workshops, seminars, conferences, internships, certificate courses, consultancy services, webinars, and other educational services must be submitted through the Company's official email before the applicable deadline.

Cancellation Deadline: A written cancellation request must be sent to support@meadowagriculture.in at least seven (7) days before the scheduled commencement of the programme.

Your cancellation request should include:

  • Your full name
  • Registration details
  • Payment reference number
  • Reason for cancellation

Each request will be reviewed individually. If the cancellation request satisfies the conditions of this Policy, the Company may approve the refund.

Once a programme has commenced, or where a participant fails to attend without prior approved cancellation, the registration fee shall generally be non-refundable. Refunds may also be refused where incorrect information has been provided, programme rules have been violated, fraudulent activities have been identified, or any other condition makes the participant ineligible under this Policy.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests after considering the specific circumstances of each case, and its decision shall be final.

Product Return Policy

If the Company supplies physical products, books, training kits, merchandise, or other eligible materials, return requests may be accepted only if the product meets the following conditions:

  • Returned in its original condition — unused and undamaged.
  • Returned with its original packaging intact.
  • Return request submitted within the applicable return window.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, printed certificates, personalized materials, digital downloads, e-books, software licenses, and other non-returnable items cannot be returned once delivered or accessed.

Where a return is approved, the User may be required to return the product to the address specified by the Company. Return shipping costs shall normally be borne by the User unless the Company determines that the wrong or defective product was supplied.

Non-Refundable Payments

Certain payments are non-refundable due to the nature of the services provided. These include:

  • Registration fees after the commencement of a programme.
  • Fees for completed training sessions or educational services already delivered.
  • Digital products, downloadable materials, e-books, certificates, and verification services once accessed or issued.
  • Fees forfeited due to violation of Company policies, submission of false information, misconduct, or disciplinary action.
  • Administrative, banking, or payment gateway charges, where applicable.
Users are advised to review all programme details carefully before making any payment.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once an eligible refund request is approved, the Company will process the refund using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible. The process typically follows these steps:

Submit Request Email your cancellation/refund request to support@meadowagriculture.in with all required details at least 7 days before programme start.

Verification The Company may request supporting documents such as payment transaction ID, UTR number, payment date, or payment receipt.

Review & Approval Each request is reviewed individually against the conditions of this Policy. You will be notified of the decision.

Refund Processed Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days. Actual credit depends on your bank or payment gateway processing time.
If a refund has not been received after the expected period, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting the Company for assistance.

Cancellation by the Company

In exceptional circumstances, the Company may postpone, reschedule, or cancel a programme due to insufficient registrations, technical issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Where a programme is cancelled by the Company before its commencement, eligible participants may be offered one of the following options:

📅 Transfer Registration Move your registration to a future programme of your choice.
🔄 Fee Adjustment Adjust the registration fee against another eligible programme.
💰 Refund Refund of the eligible registration fee, subject to applicable deductions, if any.
The Company shall not be responsible for any indirect expenses incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or other personal costs arising from a programme cancellation.
