On the Occasion of World Veterinary Day (WVD) 2026

Meadow Agriculture is delighted to celebrate World Veterinary Day (WVD) 2026 on 25th April 2026, with the theme "Veterinarians: Guardians of Food and Health.”

On this significant occasion, we cordially invite undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. students, along with faculty members, to actively participate in the following academic events:

  • Article Writing Competition (20/04/2026 to 24/04/2026) till 5.00 PM
  • Oral Presentation on 25/04/2026
  • Poster Presentation on 25/04/2026

Guidelines for Article Writing Competition

Participants are required to write an article on the theme

"Veterinarians: Guardians of Food and Health.”

  • Submission Period:
  • From 20/04/2026 to 24/04/2026 (till 5:00 PM)
  • Submission Mode:
  • Articles must be sent via email to the official email ID of Meadow Agriculture.
  • Result Declaration:
  • The results for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions will be announced on 25/04/2026.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: Single
  • Word Limit: Maximum 300 words

Plagiarism Policy

  • The article must be original and plagiarism-free.
  • A maximum of 10% plagiarism is permissible for award consideration.

Abstract Submission Guidelines (Oral & Poster Presentations)

  • An abstract describing a single clinical case report / case study / clinical findings conducted during the last one-year period, relevant to the technical sessions, will only be considered.

Submission Mode

  • Only soft copy (MS Word format) along with a scanned copy of the duly certified abstract should be submitted via email at _____________________.

  • Oral Presentation: Maximum 5–6 slides
  • Poster Presentation: Single slide only

Publication Benefit

  • All articles for the Article Writing Competition, along with abstracts of oral and poster presentations, will be published in a book with an ISBN number.
  • The e-copy will be provided free of cost to all participants (no additional charges will be taken).
