Objectives of the Conference

• Recognize the invaluable contributions of women farmers in agriculture and animal husbandry to global food security.
• Promote sustainable, climate-smart, and resilient agriculture and livestock production practices led by women.
• Highlight innovations, entrepreneurship, value addition, and digital transformation in women-led agriculture and animal husbandry enterprises.
• Encourage collaboration among researchers, academicians, policymakers, extension professionals, veterinarians, livestock experts, and women entrepreneurs.
• Support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through gender-inclusive agriculture, animal husbandry, and rural development.
• Share successful case studies, research findings, technologies, and policy recommendations for empowering women in agriculture and animal husbandry.

To encourage excellence in scientific research and presentation, awards will be presented under each of the four conference themes.
