The 7 Days National Certificate Training Program on Indian Knowledge System (IKS) titled “Bharatiya Krishi Gyan Parampara: Integrating Traditional Wisdom for Sustainable Agriculture” aims to explore and promote the rich heritage of traditional Indian agricultural knowledge and practices that have sustained farming communities for centuries.

India possesses a vast repository of indigenous farming wisdom, ecological practices, seed conservation methods, natural pest management techniques, and sustainable land-use systems. These practices are deeply rooted in local culture, biodiversity conservation, and environmental harmony.

This training program seeks to bridge traditional knowledge with modern scientific approaches, enabling researchers, students, farmers, and academicians to understand how ancient agricultural wisdom can contribute to sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, and food security in the present era.
